Parker lodge

Parker lodge, located on Kings Bay in North Hero,  Vermont, was originally design in the early 1900's as a site to bring your family to relax, fish and play.   Fridays nights offered a fish fry at the main house when people would come from around the lake to enjoy the local catch.   The main house served as a dorm with all meals provided and several cottages were available on the grounds.  The cottage even came with your own boat .  The house burned down at same point and some of the cottages were moved or destroyed.  Since then, different owners have changed and upgraded the cottages, now three cozy cottages remain.

Lake Champlain is noted for it fishing with many varieties of fish to include Bass, Pike and Perch.  Sailing, canoeing, kayaking and motor boating  are also a highlight.  We have lots of regular fishermen, women and families that return to Parker lodge, year after year.   We would love you to be one of them!

 About the cottages and amenities.

Lots of species are populated in the area, you can park at our dock and come in for lunch and rest before returning to the lake.  Lake Champlain has fishing tournaments at varies times. We are across from a state  boat launch, some folks bring their  boats up behind their cottages to charge batteries for the night, while some elect to leave them at our dock.

- So much to do, or just hang out on the porch, read a book and relax!
