Here at Parker Lodge in North Hero, Vermont, we have three 2-bedroom rustic-type cottages on-site, each one can accommodate 4–5 people. Every cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge, a stove/oven, and a dining table.
Our bathrooms have a stall shower, and every living area has a new colored TV. Each cottage has screened porch, air conditioning units, cable and internet access. Because they are housekeeping cottages, this means that you need to bring your own linen and towels, but we can provide them to you for $30.00 per week.

Outside, we have outdoor picnic tables with charcoal grills. This is the best spot to take in the majestic view of Lake Champlain. There is even a large dock and boat access. Many fishermen return year after year as Lake Champlain has 78 native species of fish. The area is known for catching Big and Small Mouth Bass, Northern pike , Perch, Lake trout. Smelt, Northern pike, Atlantic Salmon and many others. Several fishing tournaments are quite popular in this area, which is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. We also have two Kayaks and some floats for your enjoyment to enjoy a cool dip in the lake. We are dog friendly, just be sure to pick up after them!
Many bikers take day trips in the area. If you want to rent a bike or boat to spend your day out on the lake, there is a general store, "Hero's Welcome" , down the street for boat and bike rentals. They make great sandwiches, too. If you want to try a local cuisine, there are several restaurants in the area.
We are located near Burlington, Vermont, "on the islands", which is about 30 minutes away. If you’re a tourist looking for a comfortable spot to rest and recuperate, visit us today. There’s no better place to stay when you want to see many famous Vermont sites.
Our Affordable Rates
The 2023 rates are : $750.00 per week , $130.00 per night and a 9% Vermont Meals and room tax. Cleaning fee per stay is $25.00. sheets if needed, $30.00.
We are still one of the cheapest and of course, most beautiful around!
